Pound Cake 
1 cup soft butter
1 ½ cups flour 
1 cup eggs
1 ½ cups  white sugar
1/8 tsp. almond extract
1/8 tsp. lemon extract
In your large mixing bowl cream butter, slowly add flour, blend well. Set aside. In another large bowl beat eggs. Slowly add sugar beating hard until thick and full of bubbles. Blend in extracts. Pour egg mixture into flour mixture,  beat until completely mixed. Pour into prepared large loaf or tube pan.
Bake at 350 for about 1 hour. Cool in pan about 10 minutes, take cake out of pan and continue to cool.
